The Family of Buck Hill Tree Farm

Buck Hill Tree Farm is a second-generation Christmas tree farm.. Father and mother, Jack and Margaret Ollis, and their two daughters, Carol and Elaine, began as cabbage farmers when the girls were small. In the 1970's the idea of raising Christmas trees was suggested to Jack, and, as they say, "The rest is history":  Buck Hill Tree Farm was born.  The whole family worked together, planting trees on Buck Hill in the N.C. mountains. As the years have passed, Dad has handed over most of the operation to both daughters, plus son-in-law Mark Gay. Our small, family-owned business has about 75 acres of Christmas trees.  We love to work with individuals or organizations such as church and civic groups, nursery and garden centers, or anyone who needs to buy quality Fraser fir at an afforable price in large or small quantities. Customer service is our number one goal!
